The current rate for 2 people is $200 per night, including a delicious seasonal & locally sourced continental breakfast.
Due to additional COVID-19, related cleaning costs room bookings of a single night will incur an additional $20 cleaning fee.

Due to current outbreaks and lockdowns we have had multiple cancellations, we have plenty of availability for the remainder of September and throughout the spring.
Even where we currently have bookings the situation is changing daily. If you can travel, please get in touch.

We still have availability over throughout most of Christmas/ New Year Period.
We are currently fully booked for the following dates (once again some of these bookings may still be subject to Tasmania being open to visitors from NSW and Victoria)

The 2022 rates (from December 20 onwards are $220 per night)

When you book directly with us $25.00 will be put into our regenerative farming fund.
This fund is dedicated to paying for projects to help restore and protect the natural environment on the farm. This includes native revegetation and protection of platypus habitat in the dams and creek.
