Book your special stay at Paradise Road Farm directly to ensure all your money is spent locally.

Nightly Rates

The current rate for 2 people is $225 per night  including a delicious seasonal & locally sourced continental breakfast.

Additional third and subsequent nights booked outside of holiday and local event periods are $200 per night. Why not extend and stay for 7 nights and pay the discounted rate of $1235.

Rates from 1 December 2025 will be $230 per night (in order to meet the cost of the increase in award wages and increasing insurance premiums)

*Please note we generally have a minimum two night stay policy* (please see November - for 3 dates with exception to this)

We are have availability on the following dates only:

1-2 November (2 night stay)

4-8 November

15 November - 1 night (* single night stay rate $255)

22 November - 1 night (* single night stay rate $255)

28 November -  1 night (* single night stay rate $255)

We have plenty of availability for the remainder of 2025 including the 2025/26 Christmas and New Year period.

*We are now fully booked for the 2026 Rowing Nationals 22-29 March.

Your direct booking helps restore nature:

When you book directly with us, $25 from EACH night of your stay will be put into our regenerative farming fund.

This fund is dedicated to paying for projects to help restore and protect the natural environment on the farm. This includes native revegetation and protection of platypus habitat in the dams and creek.
