Planning your trip:
If you are feeling unwell with any cold or flu like symptoms or you have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 (or has reason to suspect they may be infected) please contact us as soon as possible. If you have booked directly with us and you need to cancel or defer your trip at short notice (outside of our regular cancellation period), due to exposure to Covid-19 or a sudden change in government travel requirements, please get in touch with us to discuss your circumstances. We will either offer a refund or fully flexible credit for you or your friends and family to rebook with us at another time.
Prior to booking your stay with us, we ask that you familiarise yourself with the Tasmanian Government's requirements to enter the state, such as being double vaccinated and taking a test prior to arrival.
Please note that our business has made a decision for all our staff and contractors to be fully vaccinated. We ask that guests who are unvaccinated (without a valid exemption) respect our wishes and our choice to maintain a fully vaccinated workplace and seek alternative options for your stay in the area.
Please advise us of your arrival time so we can have your room set up and ready. We do like to welcome our guests to ensure you stay safe and are familiar with what’s happening on the farm- but can do so outdoors at an appropriate distance.
When you check out please leave the door and/or window open to allow for fresh air to circulate prior to us entering the room for cleaning.
During your stay:
Plates, cups, glasses etc are provided for your use. We ask that you wash and clean as you normally would to avoid staff needing to handle dirty dishes.
During this time we can't leave things like sugar, tea bags and condiments in the room between guests. We hate food waste! It’s bad for the environment and once you understand the effort put into growing it – you wouldn’t want to waste it again. To avoid this, we will send you through an order for tea, coffee and breakfast items prior to your arrival. That way we will only be placing the things you want in your room. If you need more – no worries just let us know!
