Getting to the farm

Plan your journey to Paradise Road Farm from around Tasmania.

By car

Driving from Launceston via Bass highway

The quickest route to Paradise Road Farm will take you through Sheffield. Go past the turnoff to Claude Road if you want to check out the famous murals around the town centre. You can pick up snacks and supplies at The Don Store which is open 7 days per week.

Driving from Launceston via Mole Creek

Take the scenic route via Mole Creek, the Gogg Range and through ‘Paradise’ (yes it’s a real place- but if you blink you might miss it). On the way stop off for a pint in the 'Tassie Tiger Bar' at the Mole Creek Hotel.

Driving from Devonport (Spirit of Tasmania)

Sheffield is a short half hour drive inland from the Spirit of Tasmania dock. The main road takes you through the apple growing town of Spreyton. Stop in at Spreyton Cider Co. for tastings and supplies. Further along the road you can enjoy scenic views of Mt Roland.

Driving from Hobart (via Bass Highway)

The trip from Hobart to Paradise Road Farm takes just over 3 hours via National Highway 1, through the centre of Tasmania’s Midlands and the many convict era towns found in the Heritage Highway region.
